I am fortunate to call both Spain (my roots) and New Zealand (my wings) home. I live with my partner in gorgeous Waiheke Island, where we are nurtured by its community and a strong sense of belonging. I am curious by nature, a quality that takes me to new places literally and figuratively. It also leads me to different ways of expressing my talents.
As a Teal Consultant, I accompany organisations and leaders who know there's ways of working that support both organisational and personal change.
As a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and Coach, I accompany women in their reconnection to their body and their innate life force.
As the SE™ Training Organiser for Aotearoa New Zealand, my hopes are to see this and other healing modalities deeply embedded across Aotearoa New Zealand. That wherever I look, be it a community doctor’s practice, be it an organisation, a school or a sports team, people relate to each other with awareness and tools about trauma, understanding what it is, how it shows up, and how we can, together, heal and create a society where All live in restored stability and vitality.
